"Chase Herrin and his team are exceptionally great in what they do. They provide detailed knowledge of the insurance industry and are very quick and responsive in taking care of you. "Previously I gave 5 stars. That was before my premiums kept increasing for no reason. I'd call and get the run around and be told "I'll look into this and call you back." Once I got called back and no solution was given. Finally said enough is enough and called to cancel my policies. Guess what? My policies were not cancelled and they auto drafted my account. To say I was pissed off is an understatement. Loyalty means nothing apparently because I had been with state farm for ages. Now, I "ride with the general" and so far so good."
