"Unfortunately, I had to give these folks 1 star, due to completely terrible customer service! I asked one of the staff for help with something with my policy and got a response of, “it’s not my job.” Called to complain to the owner and got the same type of attitude. An easy ask cost them one of their bigger customers. The Spanish Fort office is much more responsive and the customer service far exceeds the Herron office"
